It is NOT currently HIPAA certified and is not designed for regulated healthcare deployment without further legal and technical review.

All outputs from Niaralis — whether AI-generated or deterministic — are reflective tools only. They do not constitute clinical assessment, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No output from this platform should be used to make medical or clinical decisions.

AI may help extract, cluster, summarise, or rewrite observable evidence. It does not diagnose, predict, prescribe, declare transformation, invent evidence, or override deterministic product rules.
Professional support remains human-led
Niaralis can help approved professionals prepare for better conversations, but it does not replace professional judgment, informed consent, or the user’s own understanding of their life.

This version of Niaralis is a private testing environment. Do not enter highly sensitive medical or crisis information. Data handling practices will continue to evolve before any public release. Not yet validated for clinical use.

Niaralis is a reflective support application. It is not a medical device, is not regulated as such, and makes no claims of clinical efficacy. It has not been reviewed or approved by any healthcare regulatory body.
Data & privacy
User data is stored in a Supabase cloud database with row-level security. While designed with privacy in mind, this is a testing environment and should be treated accordingly. A full privacy review will be conducted before any public launch.
In summary: Niaralis is a non-clinical platform for noticing meaningful patterns across life. It supports reflection and professional conversations without diagnosing, prescribing, predicting, or claiming clinical certainty.
⚠ Governance & data limitations
Consent history is stored but not externally verified:The consent ledger is maintained by Niaralis and has not been independently audited. It represents Niaralis's own record of consent events, not a third-party verified audit trail.
Aggregate intelligence cannot be individually reversed on deletion: If you consented to aggregate research participation, anonymised collective intelligence already computed before you withdraw consent or delete your account cannot be removed from existing outputs. This is because individual contributions are not identifiable in aggregate outputs — there is nothing to remove.
Research participation is non-clinical: Aggregate intelligence derived from Niaralis data is not clinical research, does not meet IRB-required standards without further review, and should not be used to make clinical or medical claims. All outputs are reflective and informational only.
